Increasing each round gives you a
rounder crown. The # of rounds can vary depending on long you want the hat. The
hat fits an average adult size!
Tan Beanie pictured is a child size!
I was just wondering... what hook size and yarn weight is this project done in?
ReplyDeleteI used a worsted yarn by red heart and size I hook. Let me know it you have any problems. I do sometimes like to use a size g hook and same yarn. The children's hat was made with a size g hook.
ReplyDeleteI used a size J hook with worsted and since I crochet firmly I added three extra increases evenly spaced on the ninth row and added a couple more rows. Love this pattern! Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteBTW since I posted the hat I made with your pattern on my blog I linked back to yours. I hope that's okay. :)
ReplyDeleteYes thank you, I'm glad you love the pattern! It's a easy yet fun hat to make!
